1. The website comancheshop.gr is the online shop of the business "Charalambos Con. Lountzis" and retail shop under the name “Comanche” of Athens based at number 21 Ifestou Street, at Monastiraki. (Telephone 210 3210523, email: comanche21athens@gmail.com). Comancheshop.gr is a seller of ready-made attire, as well as printed (stamped) fabrics, mainly of clothing. We can print on T-shirts, in both male and female sizes, on sweaters or zippers. Upon receiving an order, we can create and present to our clients an image, a draft – sample of the design they want to print and provide them the ability to order an item. There is also the capability of undertaking large orders for advertising for businesses or schools – school trips, sports clubs and other activities that may seek to scale their orders in a more economic manner.

2. Every customer who will make use of our online shop is considered to unreservedly accept the following terms and conditions. Our business reserves the right to modify thee following terms without warning if deemed necessary. It is obliged to inform consumers for any change via this e-shop website. Changing of terms does not apply to existing orders.

3. In our online shop a customer can create their own clothing product, selecting a design, color, print size as well as the type, color and size of the cloth. Specifically, the customer can find a wide variety of ready-to-deliver garments, sorted by a product code with a full status report on the stock availability per code. There is also the ability to manufacture products based on print sample designs for which there was prior interest and are situated in our e-shop. There is no stock available for these items but their production is possible on demand, with printing or re-printing of the designs for returning or new customers. In addition, there is the ability to manufacture products using new design upon a customer’s order with the use of the special app of our e-shop.

4. Upon completion of a customer’s order and its electronic delivery, there is no possibility to cancel it and refund the deposited amount. The right to return a product exists when there has been a mistake by our company in terms of executing the customer’s order or if the product is faulty for any reason. In this case, the customer may send us an email or call us at 210 3210523. In this case, the product is returned by the customer with the shipping company our shop is partnered and we replace it within five (5) days from the time it is returned to us. In such cases, all related shipping costs will fall solely on our business.

5. Our business is not responsible in cases where some of our immediately available products on the online shop are sold out, but claims the responsibility of informing our clients accordingly. In addition, no responsibility falls on our business for any coloring differences of products situated in the e-shop and of the delivered product.

6. In cases where a customer of our e-shop asks for the creation of a product following an order with the use of trademarked logos, copyrights, photographs, or symbols of foreign or domestic corporations, our business reserves the right to refuse the execution of such order, while the legal liability falls exclusively on the customer.

7. In addition, our company has no responsibility for any damage suffered by a visitor of our online shop or any third party who has direct or indirect connection with the functionality or not, of the online shop. Also, the company is not liable in case of failure to provide the services displayed in the online store, as well as for any further damage caused to the customer by delay in execution or non-execution of an order for any reason, beyond the refund of the amount paid by the customer.

It is prohibited by any means to reproduce, copy, distribute and resell the website of our online store or part of its content in any way and for any reason without the prior written consent of our company as the legal owner of its copyright. It is also prohibited for any third party to violate the confidentiality or privacy of information managed by our business through its online store. Anyone who takes the aforementioned actions is required to indemnify our business.

10. Our company's online store protects the personal data of its customers, following the legal privacy policy.

For any dispute that may arise regarding the operation of our online store, the Courts of Athens will be competent, while for any dispute regarding the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions as well as for any other issue regarding the operation of our online store, Greek Law will be applicable.
